Mischa Barton was arrested for DUI early Thursday morning, reports gossip blog Hollyscoop.
The former O.C. actress was handcuffed on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd. in in West Hollywood, California and taken into a police station at 3AM.
Her bail amount is set at $10,000
It has been reported that Mischa Barton is a free to go home now.
